Planned maintenance for a critical PHP security update
On 21 October, a critical security vulnerability (“PHP2Shell”) was disclosed in PHP, the language our websites run on.
As a precaution, we put HigherIn into maintenance mode while we applied the fix. HigherIn was back online at 23:44 BST on 21 October.
All our sites now run the patched version of PHP. We found no evidence that the vulnerability was exploited against our services. We’re sorry for the disruption.
